Couples with two kids ? teens >? grocery shopping?
I’m spending 200 a week for groceries..gallon of milk a day..even cases of hamburgers..kids make them self a double burger, then another..that makes 1 lb of burger in one sitting..husband does the same..go thru bags of fruit..try to buy healthy snacks..chips,salsa but I seem to have to go back for dairy and bread constantly .I don’t eat even close to that myself.still happy with a 1/8 pounder with veggies on it..is it a teen and man thing?
they are always starving !..I don’t buy pop or sweets..give vitamins.
is this about normal in your cost and consumption?

my son isn’t a teenager yet, but i found out that my husband doesn’t eat at work. So when he comes home he will eat 3 meals. It’s crazy. I would suggest shopping around to find better deals and cheaper foods. Try coupons too, this will bring down that cost. (It’s cheaper to make home made buggers then ready make if being comsumed in such large portions.) Hope this helps and good luck.

I am 38 weeks pregnant, the mother of a toddler and we spend $550.00 every 2 weeks on groceries. IMO you are doing good.

wow i spend about 400 a month..i have a 19 year old boy/man and a 14 year old girl and me and my husband…stop buying them burgers….start buying stuff that has to be completely cooked…pasta etc. because going through a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread a day is a lot…a lot…you should only be going through that if you are bottle feeding a baby as well as the four of you in the house
