I am really nervous about my big day tomorrow?
I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression all my life, and have recently been doing better and turning my life around. I limit myself to going overboard on activities, so that I don’t get anxious. But tomorrow, I have a really big day. I have a big doc appt, have to do 3 hours of volunteer work at my church, and I’m going out with my friends at night. This doesn’t sound like a lot, I assume, but for me, it’s overwhelming. How can I chillax?
don’t wear a watch.

Good Luck, stay focused on what you have to do…if you have ‘nything to do at those moments in time. Take a good Book, your Mp3 Player, or ‘ny kind of favorable, portable Electronic Device(s) ‘long wit’ you…while waiting in the Front Office fo’ your Doctor’s Appointment.
Jus’ do, even when your mind is racing through the B.S…at least you appear to others that you’re okee-dokee in general–’n since you’re volunteering at your Church…I s’ppose that’s considered easy, I’m sure there are many little tasks to preoccupy yourself wit’. > . <
‘n the Friends Night Out, I’m sure to an extent you relate well wit’ your Friends…It will come naturally, depending on how you feel shortly beforehand, ‘n at that moment…’n ‘nyways, you wouldn’t be Friends if you often unwittingly stressed the desirable ‘n entertaining aspects of your personality that they appreciate. If you don’t understand what I’ve jus’ stated before, your Friends will blow it off their shoulder–they’ll most likely understand/tolerate your situation…Otherwise, they’re probably acquaintances or Casual Friends.
